“Created an order late evening on Saturday. Within the hour attempted to cancel the order for which I got a reference number. I was contacted the next morning to say the order can’t be cancelled as a ‘label had been created and sent off’ no efforts were made to communicate to stop the shipment. I made very very very clear the delivery can’t be delivered to that address as the family were not informing people of the bereavement at the time. Hence if they received flowers from me it would be highly inappropriate and extremely insensitive. The delivery is not yet due and the flowers are not yet made however they do not seem to be making any efforts in resolving the issue. The response was extremely distasteful. I’m utterly shocked at the response and the lack of effort. Will be warning people on all platforms. Stay away from this site.”
“Eflorist now use Evri as their courier company.
I have stopped using them which is a shame as their flowers were good.
Evri are an appalling company. My local courier throws boxes with bottles in over the gate. He tried to give me someone else's parcel the other day.
Two recent deliveries of flowers have been dumped outside a block of flats and a building.”

Additionally, the vase provided was plastic, which felt cheap and did not match the occasion. I had hoped for a more beautiful presentation. On February 12th, I placed an order for a birthday flower through Eflorist to be delivered on the same day (I provided my friend's address and phone number). The company confirmed that the delivery would be made on the same day. However, a few hours later, I was informed that the delivery could not be made. In response to this, I requested via email that the flower be sent to a nearby address the following day.
My friend waited until 3:00 PM on February 13th for the delivery, but no contact was made via phone or any other means. As we could no longer wait, we requested a refund. The company asked for 48 hours to investigate the issue, but no follow-up was made within that time frame.
Five days later, I wrote a complaint letter, and on the sixth day, I received a message stating that the flower had been delivered at 9:15 AM. However, my friend was never contacted, and the delivery did not take place. This situation clearly shows that the company has demonstrated an unprofessional approach and failed to show the necessary attention to customer satisfaction.
The negative experience I had with this order not only caused a waste of time but also led to frustration.”
“My boyfriend got me roses for valentines day and all I can say is I was disappointed and upset that he had taken the effort to order them to my work and paid all that money. The roses were droopy, life-less and DEAD. The flowers were brown and black rather than bright red. They have not been helpful and my boyfriend has still not got a refund after sending photo evidence, which clearly shows how bad they are.”
“Had a terrible experience with eflorist Ireland. Paid for next-day delivery and 3 times they said they attempted delivery but no contact was made. I got in contact with support 4 times dragging this to a week waiting until I was able to cancel my order.”

“Appalling. Flowers arrived as a gift to my relative mostly dead or in a poor state, they didnt send the chocolates that were included in the purchase. I have been in touch with them to ask them about this & they have replied twice failing to mention the chocolates not being sent both times & sending generic emails, not actually responding to the flowers being dead & chocolates missing. Just appalling flowers, appalling customer service, paid for chocolates that didn't arrive, embarrassed my relative recevied such an awful dead bunch of flowers & upset her birthday.”
“I ordered flowers on a Sunday expecting delivery on the Monday for a best friend who had lost a sibling and I chased the delivery on Tuesday to be told earlier delivery is Thursday. I even paid £7.99 extra for next day delivery.”

“Had a technical glitch. Would not authorise any payment (not auth banner came up at payment). Next day took money for several orders and sent one - I’d already rearranged as they were not accepting my order. Scam”
“Disappointed!!! This is the second time my arrangement did not arrive for a funeral. Though they refunded the money, it took time and effort to pick and pay for the item, just to have it go nowhere. Sorely disappointed!!!”
“Appalling. Could have purchased a better bunch of flowers from a corner shop. Courier said the items had been delivered and asked for feedback. Currier then sent a further message with another delivery time. Reported the mix up to eflorist, who replied delivery was not their problem. Eflorist then sent me a link to leave feedback but the link didn't work. Poor service. Poor attitude and poor product. Will never order from them again.”
“Thought gift my daughter a bunch of flowers to make her day! Unfortunately the approach of the delivery from the supplier was a disaster. Didn’t attempt any msg and by 8pm on a Saturday evening to a commercial building in Chiswick my daughter wasn’t at work. Customer service took the side of the florist who was rude, late, and gave my daughter dead flowers that looked nothing like the one online. Poor customer service. Avoid buying flowers here.”
“I wished I could give a -1 for this review. Ordered my wife a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. I paid extra for the nextday delivery after 4 days later of them not turning up I emailed them and they apologised and said they would be delivered in the next 2 days which the box did. I gave the box to my wife. I was horrified and so embarrassed when she opened it the box inside with the flowers in was bent over in half. After straightening the box and opening it the flowers were broken limp and half dead. I did get a refund and will never use this company again.”
