A bunch of flowers were purchased with an added special same day delivery. As you can see from the photo it looks nothing like the selection choice. Delivery was attempted at 8:30pm when the flowers were ordered in the morning. Florist never texted or left a voicemail to the recipient. Florist instead called the landlord by googling the building. Told landlord 6pm delivery! Got there late despite the shop being a 10 minute drive away. All of this was £50. Even the local supermarket have better flowers. Eflorist refused to believe my mother, rejected her evidence and no refund was given. They also tried to charge extra for “wastage” if recipient didn’t collect from the store.
