Awful! I placed an order for delivery on 10/12/2024. The item was received with the box open, chocolates missing and flowers crushed and ruined, they have only refunded me £2 of £26 that I spent. I have provided photos of the box with the bouquet in the box. Will not be using them again in the future and warn all people to avoid.
