Appalling. Could have purchased a better bunch of flowers from a corner shop. Courier said the items had been delivered and asked for feedback. Currier then sent a further message with another delivery time. Reported the mix up to eflorist, who replied delivery was not their problem. Eflorist then sent me a link to leave feedback but the link didn't work. Poor service. Poor attitude and poor product. Will never order from them again.
