Beware appalling flowers! I ordered flowers for my mum and was embarrassed at the state if them when they arrived. I could have got better bunch of flowers from the local petrol station. After lots of tooing and froing with customer services no refund in sight. Eflorist should be ashamed of themselves, not sure how they're allowed to trade! Won't be using them ever again.
