I had a delivery of flowers from my son in Australia a lovely surprise that fell flat as half the flowers were half dead&in2days had died so they went in the bin .Itried to phone customer services for4 days to no avail so wrote a letter&e.mail,was asked to send photo of the flowers but said l could not as they died &went in bin heard nothing else so wrote another letter with my phone number asking them to ring me Hevesy heard nothing had to tell my son when he asked me about flowers never to use this company ever again I will never ever use them and will tell all my friends to do the same So be warned every one about using them!!!
