They allowed me to place an order directed to a hospital when apparently this has been impossible for several years. Living abroad I wasn’t aware of this and tried to redirect the order. Computer says no. Use a local florist is my advice as this is a big on line machine with no customer service other than quoting terms and conditions. Waste of money.
