Utterly useless. I ordered flowers, in plenty of time, to be delivered today- crucial and got an email this morning saying they're on their way and will be delivered tomorrow. That is NO GOOD. They will totally miss the point. I want my money back though even that won't compensate for my bereaved friend's lack of flowers when she needed them.
