On 8/7/2024 I ordered flowers for delivery to a friend in UK on 12/7/2024. The promised e-mail from the courier never arrived, neither did the flowers. I live in France, and was unable to use the "0800" number given by Eflora on their website; and the e-mail complaints option was incomprehensible.
I have contacted my bank, who have entered dispute proceedings on my behalf.
Don't touch this company with a bargepole!
