Two bad experiences. First was sending flowers on the 18/07/2024. I made a mistake by not signing the card and immediately tried to rectify by attempting to contact Eflorist to add my name to the delivery. All my communication was ignored and the flowers arrived with no sender name. I appreciate this was my mistake, but we all make them and I couldn’t fix it as I was totally ignored.
Today I received flowers for my birthday and they arrived wilted, crushed and full of green leaves. Nothing like what my sister purchased. Disgraceful.
