Ordered some flowers for my wife a few days ago to be sure they arrive on the day I need them to arrive, thought I won’t have to pay for premium delivery since it was almost a week between the order and the arrival. Now I got an email telling me they will arrive 1 day later. How? Is this a thing to make people pay for premium delivery? The robot that’s supposed to be “costumer support’ can’t help with anything since I tried to change the phone number from the order and it told me to submit a ticket because it can’t help me. Of course I got a reply saying they can’t even change a phone number! Won’t be using them again, I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered from them.
