Appalling. Flowers arrived as a gift to my relative mostly dead or in a poor state, they didnt send the chocolates that were included in the purchase. I have been in touch with them to ask them about this & they have replied twice failing to mention the chocolates not being sent both times & sending generic emails, not actually responding to the flowers being dead & chocolates missing. Just appalling flowers, appalling customer service, paid for chocolates that didn't arrive, embarrassed my relative recevied such an awful dead bunch of flowers & upset her birthday.
