My boyfriend got me roses for valentines day and all I can say is I was disappointed and upset that he had taken the effort to order them to my work and paid all that money. The roses were droopy, life-less and DEAD. The flowers were brown and black rather than bright red. They have not been helpful and my boyfriend has still not got a refund after sending photo evidence, which clearly shows how bad they are.
