Hello, On February 12th, I placed an order for a birthday flower through Eflorist to be delivered on the same day (I provided my friend's address and phone number). The company confirmed that the delivery would be made on the same day. However, a few hours later, I was informed that the delivery could not be made. In response to this, I requested via email that the flower be sent to a nearby address the following day. My friend waited until 3:00 PM on February 13th for the delivery, but no contact was made via phone or any other means. As we could no longer wait, we requested a refund. The company asked for 48 hours to investigate the issue, but no follow-up was made within that time frame. Five days later, I wrote a complaint letter, and on the sixth day, I received a message stating that the flower had been delivered at 9:15 AM. However, my friend was never contacted, and the delivery did not take place. This situation clearly shows that the company has demonstrated an unprofessional approach and failed to show the necessary attention to customer satisfaction. The negative experience I had with this order not only caused a waste of time but also led to frustration.
