I recently ordered flowers for an engagement celebration and I was very disappointed with the delivery. The flowers arrived looking old and wilted, which was not what I expected. Additionally, the vase provided was plastic, which felt cheap and did not match the occasion. I had hoped for a more beautiful presentation.
