Created an order late evening on Saturday. Within the hour attempted to cancel the order for which I got a reference number. I was contacted the next morning to say the order can’t be cancelled as a ‘label had been created and sent off’ no efforts were made to communicate to stop the shipment. I made very very very clear the delivery can’t be delivered to that address as the family were not informing people of the bereavement at the time. Hence if they received flowers from me it would be highly inappropriate and extremely insensitive. The delivery is not yet due and the flowers are not yet made however they do not seem to be making any efforts in resolving the issue. The response was extremely distasteful. I’m utterly shocked at the response and the lack of effort. Will be warning people on all platforms. Stay away from this site.
