I have used your company for about two years and have always been satisfied but my latest order, shipped on 11/19 has still not arrived and cannot be tracked. I submitted a ticket on 11/28 and was told I had to wait 10 business days. I resubmitted again on 12/3 and was told I had to wait 15 business days which will be 12/10. I will resubmit on that date but I think it’s very unfair and poor business practice to make a customer wait almost a month for products they ordered. I believe you should rethink your company policy on items that were not received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
