I know all sales are final but I have had issues with 2 out of the 2 orders I have placed. 1st order I had 3 out of 8 disposable vapes that didn’t work. 2nd order I tried the rechargeable device and the pods I ordered were dark brown and fell like not liquid. When trying to contact the manufacturer they ask you to jump through hoops to get a replacement. You would think that an issue would arise once n a while not 100% of the 2 orders I placed. And the actual product was different each time but same brand.

Delivery is getting faster which is good. I never get any shipping info that I can track when it will get here so that I can be home to sign for it.

I can confirm you should receive your tracking information via email from WANHUB a few days after the order has been shipped. If you do not appear to have received this email, please check your spam folder in case it's been delivered there. Alternatively, you can view your tracking number from your account under orders once it is dispatched. Please note that due to the PACT Act, we are no longer able to send via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL; we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. As the parcel passes through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final-mile carrier (for local delivery). I hope this helps. I'm a long time user of VUSE VIBE. A few years ago they became impossible to find in any stores. Then I Google vibe cartridge and up comes Electric Tobacconist and I have ordered in bulk ever since. Fast shipping, bulk pricing and no shipping buying bulk. Excellent customer service and support if needed. Unfortunately as everything else goes up in price so do these cartridges. It would be nice to occasionally get a freebie in an order since physical coupons are worthless when you can't find the product. Like I always buy the bulk 12 , make it a "baker's dozen" once in awhile, just a thought.

I received the product I ordered and they were fairly priced. My only complaint is the exorbitant charge for shipping three small packages of e-cigs.

Regarding shipping, unfortunately, due to the PACT Act, we are no longer able to send via USPS; FedEx, DHL, and other major delivery companies have made similar decisions regarding the ban on delivering nicotine products. Love that can get in mail. Two issues. Limit of 100 items per month. We have 3 people in same household using. We each usually use one daily however issue number 2- every month there are 5-6 units that either don't work upon opening or last for a very short time. It' takes a couple weeks to get the orders once placed, so often run out before get next delivery. Have brought the broken units to the attention of the company and are told we have to contact manufacturer directly but no instructions on how to do that are given and we are out the money. Usually at least 30.00 monthly.

Please note that the 100 limit per month applies to each customer, so if you have multiple users in your household, they can all sign up and create accounts. This way, the limit is 100 items per person a month, allowing your household users to purchase the quantity they need individually.
