“I was pleased to receive my last order from Electric Tobacconist USA recently. It is indeed a shame that the Washington State Legislature passed a law that prohibits any further purchases. I hope that changes will occur in the near future, perhaps through lobbying efforts or the passage of an amendment to the existing bill.
