“These are my fav’s and when they started to disappear in stores, I’d stop at any convenient store in my travels and get lucky sometimes finding a whole kit, battery & charger only or just refills. Had to buy Solo kits as Vibes were out of stock. Then, Vibe became available again. I waited down to the wire but I guess it’s ok for back-up. Can’t get Vibe batteries/chargers now. Chasing the tail…”

“All of the other times I place an order always received in 3 days. This last order I place on 7/7 hasn’t even been moving at all. Very disappointing service”

“I am very pleased with the Vuse line of products. The pods open easily from the packaging and slip into the battery effortlessly. They are, however, a bit pricey. All other vape systems had some negative points.”

“Received no notice of delivery attempt. Had to contact Electric Tobacconist for any delivery information. Items already paid for were returned and I was charged a restocking fee. Great way to treat a return customer of many years.”

As noted on our website, an adult must be present to sign for delivery because these products are age-restricted. Unfortunately, as you were unavailable to sign, this is out of our control, and your order was therefore returned to us. “If you need vape products you need to be buying here. Greet prices fast delivery. You can't beat it. Saved $35 versus buying at the store. Haven't had to call a customer service. Because I haven't had a problem. So I don't know about that end of it, but I would guess it's top-notch. Great experience would recommend to friends all day long.”
