“Received no notice of delivery attempt. Had to contact Electric Tobacconist for any delivery information. Items already paid for were returned and I was charged a restocking fee. Great way to treat a return customer of many years.”

Hi Terry, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re sorry to hear that you were unavailable during the delivery attempts. As noted on our website, an adult must be present to sign for delivery because these products are age-restricted. Unfortunately, as you were unavailable to sign, this is out of our control, and your order was therefore returned to us. In such cases, we offer two options: a full e-wallet credit or a refund, minus a $20 restocking fee, which is credited to your e-wallet. “I'm happy I sure had to wait a long time for them to come back in stock, but I was very pleased that you let me know and not just once but about 10 reminders and I just really appreciated it. I was afraid I was gonna go back to real real smoking, but I held on as long as I could and I'm glad I was patient. Thanks again. I keep buying more because I never wanna go through that long four months again thanks ELECTRIC tobacconist I wish I could say that word correctly but thanks again. The only thing is is every time you offer me a coupon you're always out of stock so then when you are in stock, the coupon is always expired. That's the only bummer every time.”
