“I didn't get my product, even after I gave you instructions so I could give you the dob..,I never received the product. You still have my money. How would you feel? The courier never responded my request to deliver at my place of work. I did give her that addess.”

“While I found the customer service team to be outstanding and the product I ordered was great, delivery from the shipping carrier used by Electric Tobacconist is extremely slow. My order took almost 4 weeks for delivery.”

Our orders usually arrive within 10 working days; however, in some cases, it can take longer. Due to the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. “I really like Blu when they come on time. However, there have been multiple mess-ups of the order not getting delivered, being sent back to the company and cancelled. I still have not received a credit for the order. This order was perfect and took seven days.”

“This is the second time I have ordered from electronic tobacco have no problem with the product but I have have a problem with the delivery and non-communication of when it’s gonna be delivered twice now I have had to ask to go the next day because I’ve never had any kind of delivery notice. I only get the delivery notice when they haven’t been able to deliver it.”
