I used to buy my Vuse directly from RJ Reynolds.Believe it or not,that multi-national,multi-cash heavy behemoth company could not ever be consistent with the deliveries. It was a nightmare start to finish. Electric Tobacconist on the other hand has been nothing but efficient and reliable. I'm so glad that I found them.

Price is basically the same as my local store. The product took 3 weeks and the tracking never gave me an estimated delivery date. The guy just showed up at my house for a product that needs a signature. It would have been a hassle if I wasn't home. First and last time ordering from you. I'll buy them in person from now on.

I had some problems with my orders recently and am very dissatisfied. My order was canceled by your system and the credit took forever to get. I placed a new order and it took 15 days to receive. This is way too long and I don't think I'll order from you again,

We've been using these Njoy daily for some time. It's a very good product and if you have stopped smoking regular cigs they are a good alternative. New delivery company is much better at delivery too. I was having to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get them now only 1 week.

Great selection, easy order process and good discounts for bulk purhases. It is difficult to determine arrival dates as ccship status makes no logical sense and does not provide estimated delivery date. It would also be super benefficial if they could "store" my signature so the requirement to be in person wasn't needed; given I never know when they will arrive.

ET becomes worse and worse when it comes to shipping. It was 15 day delivery before but recently my last 3 orders were 22, 29 and 36 days. This is not acceptable.

I did not get my order and still was charged a restocking fee. I have shopped with Buy Pods Now for 4 years. They were out of the Vuse pods so I ordered from you. There was never any problem with delivery to post office, they would accept/sign and I would sign again when I picked up my order. I will never order from ET again

As per PACT ACT guidelines, an adult signature is required to complete delivery and comply with the law. This is not something Post Offices can facilitate. As a result, the Post Office you used as your address refused the delivery attempt and the carrier returned the parcel to us.
