“Excellent Customer Service and Great Prices! I had an amazing experience with The Electronic Tobacconist. I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order, but their customer service team caught the mistake right away and made sure my package still got to me quickly. “After a couple of glitches, orders taking too long to arrive (not ET’s) fault, the past two orders have arrived on time. Once I contacted ET about the issues, they jumped on it and shortly thereafter I received my products. And as usual, the Vuse Alto Classic tobacco is perfect. Full bodied and rich. Thanks ET!”

“I always get my stuff from electric tobacconist and am always happy with my order. The. Shipping seems to be quicker than it used to be. The only drawback with the shipping is having to be home to sign for it When you have no idea when it is coming. even with the tracking number I don't know when it will arrive at my house to be sure I am home to sign.”
