Our orders usually arrive within 10 working days; however, in some cases, it can take longer. Due to the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Service is wonderful, easy to order; however, they have issues with shipping and can no longer ship product to me so I am extremely disappointed. They have not made other carrier arrangements and I was not told this in advance so I could have placed an order prior to this happening.

We have identified a handful of states that are more stringent regarding the products shipped to them. As a result, we have limited sales to these states to only PMTA-approved products (this does not include submitted products/brands or those that have received a stay, such as Blu). I know all sales are final but I have had issues with 2 out of the 2 orders I have placed. 1st order I had 3 out of 8 disposable vapes that didn’t work. 2nd order I tried the rechargeable device and the pods I ordered were dark brown and fell like not liquid. When trying to contact the manufacturer they ask you to jump through hoops to get a replacement. You would think that an issue would arise once n a while not 100% of the 2 orders I placed. And the actual product was different each time but same brand.

If you do not appear to have received this email, please check your spam folder in case it's been delivered there. Alternatively, you can view your tracking number from your account under orders once it is dispatched.
