Since last September I have ordered 20, 20, 50, & 50 disposables. Still getting DOA's and NJOY says no replacement unless reported within 30 days of order. Am I expected to test them all upon receipt?

I really like Blu when they come on time. However, there have been multiple mess-ups of the order not getting delivered, being sent back to the company and cancelled. I still have not received a credit for the order. This order was perfect and took seven days.

This is the second time I have ordered from electronic tobacco have no problem with the product but I have have a problem with the delivery and non-communication of when it’s gonna be delivered twice now I have had to ask to go the next day because I’ve never had any kind of delivery notice. I only get the delivery notice when they haven’t been able to deliver it.

Delivery is getting faster which is good. I never get any shipping info that I can track when it will get here so that I can be home to sign for it.

If you do not appear to have received this email, please check your spam folder in case it's been delivered there. Alternatively, you can view your tracking number from your account under orders once it is dispatched. Please note that due to the PACT Act, we are no longer able to send via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL; we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. I've been using ET for years and I think it is very good. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the tracking from the delivery company is not helpful. You don't know when your ecigs are arriving The previous delivery company was great, you always could see tracking and got a text when it was going to be delivered. This last delivery was great and ealier than expected and the delivery people themselves are always very nice, I just don't understand why they can't provide good tracking.

Without my vape pens from Boulder, I would still be smoking cigarettes. Now if you would only let me know when the tips come in. I tried to order some when I ordered my last two vape pens but they were out of stock I would like two, two packs. Let me know when you get them in stock please.
