“Your system says you ship to Virginia, but when I enter my zip code of 22980 which is in Virginia, it says cannot deliver. Please let me know what is up. I did not low ball you with the stars because I'm only looking for an answer. Thanks”

Unfortunately, our carrier network is unable to secure a reliable last-mile delivery partner for this zip code in Virginia. “This order worked out, but my previous order I placed on March 17,I paid for but never received...I put in a request for a refund, but never heard anything back...I would still like a refund or even better to get my order...either one would be fine...I'm just glad this order made it like the others have,but I'm still missing the 20 packs I paid for last time and I'm out $130 and haven't gotten a refund like I requested”

“Having the product delivered to my door is great, but it actually takes weeks for them to arrive. Ordering anything online usually takes only a couple of days. I don’t understand why this product can’t be delivered sooner?”

“This is a great shop with the product I love. Customer service is very responsive. I'd give 5 stars if shipping were better. The shipping service used does not provide a reliable delivery time/date so I end up waiting all day long for delivery and can't go anywhere.”

“I really like the selection and communication from Electronic Tobacconist. I wish the shipping was faster, but I know shipping methods are limited for these products, so there isn't much they can do about that. I have worked with the third party shipper before on one of my shipments, and their communication was excellent, as well.”

“Overall I am very happy with this company. Their customer service is quick to respond during business hours and very helpfull. The only reason they a pefect rating is the shipping time. It does take the full 7 - 10 days to get an order. Refunds do take a couple or more weeks as well so that could be improved. The process to cancel an order was quick and easy.”
