“they have all my electric cigarrets, unfortunetly i need to sign for them on delivery,which means i have to be home all day every day until it's delivered. if they could tell me exactly when it's delivered that would be great”

“They have periodic sales on their prices of the various products they carry. The reason why I didn't rate higher is, be prepared to wait a while for delivery. The tracer source that is used was quite ineffective, as well.”

“I love the convenience and prices on this site. Only downfall is the birthdate section. If it could simply be filled in via keyboard instead of paging back, it would be much easier...especially when you are in your 60's! Or maybe a drop down for each (mo, day, year) that will scroll faster. .”

“The shipping process makes me nervous. The links don't work, the tracking numbers don't work, the courier is non-existent. However, it got here and sooner than expected! Took a while but not as long as expected. I'm glad you all have the product I'm looking for (blu plus + menthol tanks 1.2% nicotine). However one of the cartridges had a strange taste and had a chemical odor and taste. This is disappointing as the whole reason Blu is special is because it's tasteless and odorless. However it was only one tank and it faded away quickly. I will try to order again and hopefully it will be as successful as the first time.”

“Great selection, easy order process and good discounts for bulk purhases. It is difficult to determine arrival dates as ccship status makes no logical sense and does not provide estimated delivery date. It would also be super benefficial if they could "store" my signature so the requirement to be in person wasn't needed; given I never know when they will arrive.”

“I've been a long time customer of ET and really have never disappointed. However, what I've been waiting for someone to say or waited for finally the opportunity to say is that y'alls prices seem to increase every time I order. The vuse solo refills have gone from 11.99 to 17.99 and I'm a little concerned that they're gonna be $20 the next time I order. It is becoming extremely expensive everytime I check out. Can y'all explain please? That goes for the vuse Alto as well. Will the prices ever go back to normal or just keep going up? Just trying to know what to expect. Other than that, keep up the good work with everything else :)”

“I love the company. I love the products. I do not like the shipping. It takes too long. I know it's free of charge but you should have different shipping options. Even if you have to pay extra. Let the customer decide. Aside from that. You have my vote”

“The shipping has been great and delivery has been on time ususally. I say this because when I check for an update, I'm never sure which day it will arrive. Would be nice if we had an update when it's out for delivery. Otherwise I'm quite satisfied with the over-all work being done by Electric Tobacconist.”

“This is my first ecig. I got the rich flavor. Works well and taste great. Took a little getting use to but it definitely helps me cut out cigarettes. All in all good choice”
