“I get that y'all cant use the postal service feddex etc yada yada but LSO shippers or who ever y'all are using are SO bad. Last parcel took about 20 days!! Customer Care was kinda helpful though so I'll give you that”

“I have been ordering fron ET for years. They seem to be the only online retailer for NJoy Products used to be received quickly; however and due to PACT, the new delivery service, XDelivery,is not good. My average wait time is about 3 weeks, one order was even lost Customer service is pretty good though”

“Delivery sucks - I spent over $ 200.00 and it took 3 weeks to get to me. Then every time I order I have to be home even though the delivery range can be from 1-4 days because I must produce ID to get my shipment. I love the product - need better delivery options”
