Hi Judith, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Due to the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. As a result, we now work with private carriers who ensure compliance with these regulations. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final-mile carrier (for local delivery). The delivery time has improved since I have been a customer for the last few years. However, I always order 15 disposable E-Cigs every onth and on average 1-2 of the devices do not work every order. I have asked multiple times how can I exchange these malfunctioning devices for E-Cig that works and my question always goes unanswered.

To start off, I have emailed and received no response, so I am annoyed by that. It took what felt like forever for this shipment to arrive. Also, if no adult signature is required then why am I having to sign for these shipments?

ET USA is great in 60% of their services EXCEPT shipping. It's outrageous and makes buying virtually unaffordable and slow in delivering product.

I purchased Blu disposables. I have to date found 4 empty cartridges in my order of 16. I emailed help desk and have yet to receive response.

Not home to sign for a delivery for PODS! Returned back to the store and want to charge me a restock fee of $20!!! How does this place expect me to not go to work to sign for pods.. NOT tobacco but PODS! Trying to get it reshipped but will never buy here again.

As noted on our website, an adult must be present to sign for the delivery due to these products being age-restricted. Unfortunately, as you were unavailable to sign this is out of our control, and your order was therefore returned to us. The products are fine but it takes so long to get them. I ordered December 30 2025 and did not receive them until January 28 2025. Could not get updates or tracking info for the order either.

The cartridges were fine, but half of the solo power units did not work! It was way too much money to pay for something that did not work. You should send me 3 more power units that did not work to make it right with me. I would appreciate it very much, that way I would keep on doing business with you in the future.

It was very convenient to be able to buy in quantity from you, however you have to be selling inferior samples of this product. If bought in a local location each daily cigarette lasts at least 24 hrs. before opening another one. In this recent batch from your company, pretty much every one I have opened has lasted less and less time. The one I opened yesterday lasted approximately 6 hrs. This is totally unacceptable and a complete rip off. I won't buy from your company again.

I use to love ordering from here, but the delivery time leaves something to be desired! Placed order on 04/30 its now 05/08 with update on05/06 telling me going to the carrier, with nothing more just kind of stuck there. I called myself placing my order before I ran out of product which was Monday thinking for sure 1 week would be enough time for order to get here. On top of that I paid a lot of delivery fee to still be waiting and spending additional money on some B.S. product while waiting... Never again getting caught up like this!

I love that I have yall to order from. But I do not have one device they work. I tried everything rapping them a little bit new plug in. Even the last two don't work and I opened my new box nothing but pods I always order 2 devices. Can you mail me 4 devices quicker than coming from Tyler. Doing without devices Please advise.
