They shipped me the wrong pods which were all leaky. When I got new pods they were all leaky again. Probably wont order from these guys again.

Ordered a product, didn’t get delivered, when returned they took a huge chuck of money for “restocking fee”. So I basically just gave them free money. Not a good business model. Wont be using again.

My package is MIA after 20 days, I'm trying to make an inquiry, but the form they provide doesn't let you submit it. This will be the last time I ever use this company. If I could give negative stars from this experience, I would, which is a real shame because I had used them successfully in the past.

I was completely satisfied with ET until they STOPPED delivering to my area! WTF! I’ve been a customer for YEARS! And now they can’t deliver to the NorthEast?! I’m an hour outta NYC so it seems implausible that they can’t find delivery service in highly populated region

Usually, I would give it 5 STARS, but it has been 17 days now and I still have not received my order. I tried tracking but without success. I do have my receipt and used the correct numbers. I am really upset with your company for the first time. And I have no way of reaching anyone. I am running out of my Blu's.

I placed an order on March 17th, with a guarantee of a full refund if it wasn’t Delivered within 40 days. I’ve sent many emails, and nothing has been done. I ordered over $300 worth of product. I won’t Use them again. I’m now in touch with the better business bureau

I keep getting bad product. (see below) I tried reaching out to Electronic Tobaccoist in the summer of 23 and nothing worked including their complaint email. The service from Electronic Tobaccoist has been great otherwise, but I cannot keep wasting my money. Other vendors will refund when you purchase bad product.

I never received my order. I contacted the company multiple times for a month and a half for a full refund. I sent them a photoshop of their guarantee delivery. They refuse to give me a refund. Do not order from this company. Is total scam

I was so angry. I ordered these refills for my blue ecig and the guy knocked on my door, but never gave me time to get there. I do have disabilites an d it takes me a little more time to answer the door. Every time I would go to the door when he would come. I would see him driving away.Now I have no code to re-order And I don’t know what to do. I have money at the electric tobacconistbut I don’t know how to do it and all you have is a stupid online email. No phone number how annoying.

Order was never received. Despite repeated contacts by email to determine the location and timing of the arrival of the order, it was never provided. After waiting for 5 weeks (and being told it was not considered late until 40 days), they told me the order had been returned and I was being charged a $20 restocking fee. Pricing is just "OK" but delivery and service are a disaster - and then charging me $20 at the end is nothing but a SCAM! Nothing positive to say about Electric Tobacconist and BLU regarding this experience.

I placed an order for approximately ($70.00) with an estimated arrival time of 5-7 business days. I have not only not received my products but I have received no email updates about my products and even when I sign directly into my Electric Tabacconist account, I get zero updates. This experience has been frustrating. When you attempt to seek help for some insight of where your order is, you are prompted into a loop of links that change the estimated delivery time from 5-7 business days to claiming as a customer (I) may have to wait for as long as 40 days before I will be considered for a “lost product.” I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a single update via text or email. This is unfortunate given that on Feb/18, a day after I placed my order with you Electric Tobacconist, I had placed an order from a competitor - Element Vape. I received emails of communication to update me on everything to do with my order and received an estimated time frame similar to your delivery time frame. However, unlike Electric Tobacconist, my order from Element Vape was received even quicker- only a 3 day wait before my products arrived. They offered a fabulous method of communication and quick delivery! I am very disappointed with my order from this company! I am requesting a full refund and a cancellation of my order. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this as I’m tired of waiting and have grown inpatient with the poor experience I have been provided.

According to the tracking information, the most recent update was from yesterday, and your package is now with our final-mile carrier. We understand your concerns regarding the tracking updates and how this may cause an inconvenience. This is due to the PACT Act, which no longer allows us to send with USPS; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. I placed my order back in November and still have not received it 3 months later. Also have not received any response to 6 tracking requests I've made. I put a stop payment on this order and will never order from or refer this company to anyone.

I had to send multiple e-mails just to get a 30 cent refund issued to me. And this was because a 5% newsletter sign-up discount wasn't applied correctly. So your systems don't calculate very basic math accurately, and I had to wait multiple days just to get this straightened out. This doesn't make me want to place any more orders with your company.
