I didn't get my product, even after I gave you instructions so I could give you the dob..,I never received the product. You still have my money. How would you feel? The courier never responded my request to deliver at my place of work. I did give her that addess.

I know all sales are final but I have had issues with 2 out of the 2 orders I have placed. 1st order I had 3 out of 8 disposable vapes that didn’t work. 2nd order I tried the rechargeable device and the pods I ordered were dark brown and fell like not liquid. When trying to contact the manufacturer they ask you to jump through hoops to get a replacement. You would think that an issue would arise once n a while not 100% of the 2 orders I placed. And the actual product was different each time but same brand.

Did not receive latest order due to every delivery attempt occurring while I was not home and did not vary times to ensure delivery, like evening attempts. Nothing left by delivery company as to when next attempts would be made. No communication from Electric Tobacconist that my order was returned to them. They still have my money.

I placed my large order on May 19. It is now July 03. After all the difficulties to make any kind of contact with this company during this last month to its whereabouts, I continue to get ‘put in my place’. All ending with they will contact me when they have information. How is it possible they can do this, because they already have my $$ money. They just don’t give a crap. Yes, I have asked for, and last two times insisted to get my refund. Yet I get the same nasty letter back. I have given them good reviews in the past. Do please disregard them. I am do very disappointed in this company.

Tax and "surcharge" on my order was greater than 50% of my original order. No explanation of surcharge. Help desk did not appear to accept my inquiry. Second order and we may be done already

The state of California requires two excise taxes on vape nicotine products: 52.92% of the wholesale price and 12.5% of the retail price (CECET). I still haven't received my pods and it's been 10 days. For $16.99 shipping you would think it would be here in a reasonable amount of time. I guess it's coming by pony express. Thanks Juul for ruining Njoy for everyone.

They shipped me the wrong pods which were all leaky. When I got new pods they were all leaky again. Probably wont order from these guys again.

Ordered a product, didn’t get delivered, when returned they took a huge chuck of money for “restocking fee”. So I basically just gave them free money. Not a good business model. Wont be using again.

My package is MIA after 20 days, I'm trying to make an inquiry, but the form they provide doesn't let you submit it. This will be the last time I ever use this company. If I could give negative stars from this experience, I would, which is a real shame because I had used them successfully in the past.
