This company takes forever to ship. They were getting better but now they’re getting worse a year or two ago. They were incredible and then they switched carriers and now it’s impossible to get anything less than 30 days. I don’t know anybody who wants to wait 30 days to receive a product.

Delivery was awful took weeks to get the product. carrier Never tried to set up an acceptable time to deliver.

Hi Tom, thank you for your review. We regret that your order took longer than expected to arrive. Due to the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. As a result, we now work with private carriers who ensure compliance with these regulations. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery). If you need to provide additional information in the future, we are more than happy to pass on any special instructions to the carrier upon request. I have been trying to contact you since I placed my order in October. It took 46 days for my order to be delivered. The business card enclosed with that order states a full refund will be made if the order takes more then 40 days. Where is my refund?

My delivery took more than ten days from the date of the order. It was finally at the carrier site but not being delivered. I sent a ticket and customer service responded right away. They contacted the carrier and it was delivered the next day. Thank you Customer Service. You might want to order at least 12 to 15 days before you need them.

Product FINALLY arrived after 30 days. Everything was as I ordered it, but the delivery time is VERY sub-par!! If you're looking for something within a week I'd suggest shopping elsewhere!

I could not use the device because it was for refillables I use cartridges that fit into pen like devices. Do you have anything like that? They usually come with a charger.

Your shipping is terrible Waited 40 days - got a refund Replacement order was 11 days ago. Carrier still doesn’t have package so I anticipate having to wait another 29 days just to get my $600 back

Received one order but on reorder I am not verified to order again. After numerous emails with tech support and resetting account no fix was possible. Tech support says sorry they can not identify or fix the problem, thus no way to order any product through this company. No one seems to be able to verify me. I am more than willing to send images of ID or passport. What is being verified? Age, address, or something else! No one seems to know.
