I received my first order and it arrived earlier than expected delivery. I just wish there was a way to know the day of delivery.

Hi Deborah, I see your last order took 11 days to get to you. Ideally it would be quicker but we are somewhat constrained by the PACT Act laws that have prevented us from using the likes of USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship to you. Kind regards, Louis ET Team

I love the product, but I cannot reach you to tell you of an order I placed 1/17/23 that I never received. I contacted my credit card company and received a credit for that order. I truly hope this does not happen again. Can you tell me how to contact you if it does. Thanks for your help?

My order came very quickly, in about 1 week. Much faster than I had anticipated & I was able to track the order, which updated frequently. Very satisfied with the service.

My order from 12/30/22 still has not been delivered and no updated tracking number. Can you please help me with finding out where my order is? My first order was delivered in 2 weeks, but now, with my second order, I still haven't even received the tracking update. Please help!!!

Love love that I finally found a company that sells the real Vuse pods. One thing: it has had many issues with deliveries. Customer Support (great communication and service) have explained that, since the big companies don't (or can't/won't) deliver ''tobacco'' products anymore, it has to rely on smaller ''mom and pop'' delivering companies. I have had to cancel one order after 5 weeks of waiting (a big order, but they were great about it). If it happens to you, I suggest finding a friend that lives in a ''big'' city where, I believe, it's easier to deliver and use that address (they can mail back to you). That's what I'm now doing and so far, very good!

Order received in great condition. My only complaint is that the shipping was a little bit faster. Delivery took over 3 weeks.

I get that y'all cant use the postal service feddex etc yada yada but LSO shippers or who ever y'all are using are SO bad. Last parcel took about 20 days!! Customer Care was kinda helpful though so I'll give you that

I have been ordering fron ET for years. They seem to be the only online retailer for NJoy Products used to be received quickly; however and due to PACT, the new delivery service, XDelivery,is not good. My average wait time is about 3 weeks, one order was even lost Customer service is pretty good though
