“I've been using ET for years and I think it is very good. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the tracking from the delivery company is not helpful. You don't know when your ecigs are arriving The previous delivery company was great, you always could see tracking and got a text when it was going to be delivered. This last delivery was great and ealier than expected and the delivery people themselves are always very nice, I just don't understand why they can't provide good tracking.”

This is due to the PACT Act, which no longer allows us to send with USPS; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery). “Without my vape pens from Boulder, I would still be smoking cigarettes. Now if you would only let me know when the tips come in. I tried to order some when I ordered my last two vape pens but they were out of stock I would like two, two packs. Let me know when you get them in stock please.”

“I've always ordered from your company and service was awesome. However, the last time I was going to order you tacked on a 60.00 tariff fee. I did cancel the order. I'm sorry to say that I will have to shop locally.”

“Product is great, website ordering great. I know your delivery options are limited, and that's not your fault. Sometimes it can be very difficult to sync up a time to meet the driver for the signature delivery. The delivery driver always wanted to come to my house to deliver during normal business hours when no one is home because we are at work. If there is anything on your end that can be done to make the delivery process more seamless, that would be great. If not, understood.”

Unfortunately, our carrier network is unable to secure a reliable last-mile delivery partner for this zip code in Virginia. “This order worked out, but my previous order I placed on March 17,I paid for but never received...I put in a request for a refund, but never heard anything back...I would still like a refund or even better to get my order...either one would be fine...I'm just glad this order made it like the others have,but I'm still missing the 20 packs I paid for last time and I'm out $130 and haven't gotten a refund like I requested”
