“I've always ordered from your company and service was awesome. However, the last time I was going to order you tacked on a 60.00 tariff fee. I did cancel the order. I'm sorry to say that I will have to shop locally.”

“Product is great, website ordering great. I know your delivery options are limited, and that's not your fault. Sometimes it can be very difficult to sync up a time to meet the driver for the signature delivery. The delivery driver always wanted to come to my house to deliver during normal business hours when no one is home because we are at work. If there is anything on your end that can be done to make the delivery process more seamless, that would be great. If not, understood.”

Unfortunately, our carrier network is unable to secure a reliable last-mile delivery partner for this zip code in Virginia. “This order worked out, but my previous order I placed on March 17,I paid for but never received...I put in a request for a refund, but never heard anything back...I would still like a refund or even better to get my order...either one would be fine...I'm just glad this order made it like the others have,but I'm still missing the 20 packs I paid for last time and I'm out $130 and haven't gotten a refund like I requested”

“I really like the selection and communication from Electronic Tobacconist. I wish the shipping was faster, but I know shipping methods are limited for these products, so there isn't much they can do about that. I have worked with the third party shipper before on one of my shipments, and their communication was excellent, as well.”
