“Your pricing is very competive so I have dropped my other on-line suppliers. I have purchased from Electric 5 times. my only concern has been transit time on delivery, not pridictable, at times over 3 weeks.”

“This is a great shop with the product I love. Customer service is very responsive. I'd give 5 stars if shipping were better. The shipping service used does not provide a reliable delivery time/date so I end up waiting all day long for delivery and can't go anywhere.”

“Happy to have found an online store who has the products I need, and actually follows through and ships said products! I've been burned by two online stores, and have been hesitant to try again. “I really like the selection and communication from Electronic Tobacconist. I wish the shipping was faster, but I know shipping methods are limited for these products, so there isn't much they can do about that. I have worked with the third party shipper before on one of my shipments, and their communication was excellent, as well.”

“Overall I am very happy with this company. Their customer service is quick to respond during business hours and very helpfull. The only reason they a pefect rating is the shipping time. It does take the full 7 - 10 days to get an order. Refunds do take a couple or more weeks as well so that could be improved. The process to cancel an order was quick and easy.”

“I love you guys! But, I do not like your delivery service. Once product leaves your facility there is no communication via tracking or delivery notification. No idea of when item arrives makes it difficult to plan for signature requirements.”
