Ships my product much quicker nowadays. Very happy about that! I do wish they offered more discounts for the NJOY DAILYS. IT would be a better incentive to purchase more product and more frequently.

Love the convenience of these, but recently have received unusable ones. About one in every 7 can’t activate.

Overall I am very happy with this company. Their customer service is quick to respond during business hours and very helpfull. The only reason they a pefect rating is the shipping time. It does take the full 7 - 10 days to get an order. Refunds do take a couple or more weeks as well so that could be improved. The process to cancel an order was quick and easy.

Reasonable prices but shipping time is a little long. Wish they could ship to NY so I didn't have to send to a family member in a neighboring state and pick up there.

I love everything! The quick shipping, the prices, and the easy to use web ordering. The only reason I gave 4 stars is several time the menthol leaks and it burns my lips and I havd to toss it out.

I love you guys! But, I do not like your delivery service. Once product leaves your facility there is no communication via tracking or delivery notification. No idea of when item arrives makes it difficult to plan for signature requirements.

Product is fine; Shipping is way too slow! I order weeks ahead and takes 3 weeks to get to me. That’s a problem for me. You need to expedite your delivery services…annoying..

Because of the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship with USPS; FedEx, DHL, and all other major shipping companies have decided to make similar decisions surrounding the ban on shipping nicotine products. As such, we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. Since they don't have the same infrastructure as the Postal Service your package may take unusual routes as it is passed through a network of carriers rather than directly to a local distribution center - This can result in slightly longer transit times for which we are working closely to improve with the carrier. Super easy to find what you're looking for, products are always available, prices are fair, & shipping is fast & reliable. It'd be great if the free shipping break point was a bit lower.

I usually love the Blu classic tobacco 2.4%. But the last batch, the E cig didn't last very long and infact one was completely dead. I still have the complete packaging . Have you changed the E cigs? Wouldn't mind a return reply.

I purchased 8 packs of the 1.8 -- 2 Pod. It's unfortunate that the 1.8 only sell as 2 pod pack and cost only .50 less than the 4 pod packs. In one of the boxes the pods were darker in color which means the pods are nit fresh. Unfortunately I cannot return them. no
