I've been using ET for years and I think it is very good. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the tracking from the delivery company is not helpful. You don't know when your ecigs are arriving The previous delivery company was great, you always could see tracking and got a text when it was going to be delivered. This last delivery was great and ealier than expected and the delivery people themselves are always very nice, I just don't understand why they can't provide good tracking.
