I had 3 NJoy. Cartridges that did not work at all. I requested credit or replacement and offered to send back the faulty cartridges.
Electric Tobacconist told me to go to NJoy for the defective cartridges. Terrible customer service! I bought the cartridges from YOU! You should make it right. I will find somewhere else to get my cartridges.
