Normally, the items are delivered right away and packaged well. OTOH, this time and once before, not so much. They always tell you when it's on it way and give you a tracking number. I love that!! It ariived at a point a few miles from me on the 16th. It's now the 21st and nothing. It will come - it always does, and usually in a timely manner.
