Used to be fantastic - now they're a complete disaster. I cannot get any information on my order, which allegedly shipped over 10 days ago and is now just sitting somewhere in CO. Since they switched carriers everything has basically fallen apart and nothing is getting where it needs to go. Too frustrating - will be finding another company.
