It has been 3 weeks since my order was dispatched through their preferred carrier “OneliveX” and each time I reach out to support I get a copy/pasted reply. The shipping company is practically a scam from what I’ve seen online.
Still have not gotten a refund. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM!!!!
