Placed my $321 order on April 5, it was processed the following day. Tracking said estimated delivery date was 4/17. It arrived in SLC on 4/10, 4 days later (its an 8 hr drive from Boulder to SLC per google maps). It then took 4 more days to reach Portland, OR (an 11 hr drive). Each time I checked the tracking of my package (about twice a week) a new est delivery date was posted. It sat in Portland for WEEKS! I attempted to place an online claim but was unable to most likely due to the volume of other angry customers bogging down the system. After reading the multiple complaints online, FINALLY someone from ET decided to respond that the delay problems were related to new shipping restrictions that led to USPS, Fed Ex and UPS no longer delivering vape and like products. The new delivery service contracted was very slow and attempts were being made to correct that. After seeing this and being unaware of the new shipping restrictions, I was willing to be patient and allow ET an opportunity to work it out. As of the end of last week my order was still sitting in Portland with a new estimated delivery date of May 17. On Monday May 16, the order was still shown to be in Portland with the same May 17 delivery date. Needless to say I had no confidence that my order would leave OR and be in FL the following day. When I checked tracking this morning May 20, SURPRISE! It tells me my order was delivered April 17! Full on BS as I have NEVER received my $321 order as it is said when I ordered that I must be home to receive and sign for my delivery. NOTHING from ET has been sent to me except emails asking me if I want to reorder!!! I have screenshots of my various checks on tracking and ET is going to refund my money!!!
