I've ordered from here before and it was great. This time I'm disappointed. I placed an order on 11/21. It is now 11/30 and STILL have not been provided a damn tracking number. My order says "dispatched" not quite understanding the terminology. Also, site says they no longer use USPS as the delivery method. Ok, how about letting your customer know WHO you are using as far as delivery. Also, I sent customer service an email and haven't heard back from them. Not a good experience this time. But I expect it from everywhere these days.
