Website is great, products they sell are great.
Shipping and customer service are terrible. It takes weeks to a month to receive product. Customer service just repeats the same thing about the Pact act, when clearly an order is simply stuck in transit and requires a quick status check with the shipper.
They won’t reship or refund until it’s been lost for at least 30 days.
