I have placed two separate orders through Electric Tobacconist on 11/28 and 12/21 of 2022. They have deducted the funds from my account but, I have not received a tracking number for either. I've had to wait a few times longer than expected but, I thought they got better lately. This newest delivery company is hit and miss and without a tracking number I'm left wondering who to contact next. After submitting a ticket there is no one to speak with in customer service. Very frustrated!
