Products take forever to be shipped. Then the shipping company updates that they have tried to deliver with no one to accept/sign for items, however they never tried to deliver (we were home both days and have a camera, no one came). Reached out to ET and have to wait 40 days, laughable service. Canned response received from ‘customer service’.
This is my last order with ET, no trust in the service anymore.
