I received a CUE vaporizer that would not turn on a week ago. I returned the unit and was told that it was tested and worked fine. The same broken unit was shipped back to me and it still will not turn on. Very simple procedure--charge for 4 hours ( unit lit up when charging). Removed from charger tried multiple times to start up the unit by hitting on button 5 times. Still not working as it was when I returned it the first time.
