Descriptions of product accurate, order processing and shipping is fast. I had two minor issues with orders. The customer service took care of the issues promply. I wish more companies were as helpful as Electric Tobacconist.
As much as I'd like to win the $100 prize... I may not know if I won because I don't have a facebook page.
