This was my first order with Electric Tobacconist. I found the web site easy to navigate, prices (on starter kit/pod devices) to be very good, and shipping costs to be reasonable. The only area in which I believe they could improve is with regard to what they refer to as "dispatch". I'm thrilled that they can process an order and package it so quickly, but that doesn't make a bit of difference if it takes additional *days* to get it posted/in the mail. I believe they should eliminate the "dispatched" notification, and replace it with a "shipped" notification that includes the tracking number. Yes, there will always be a delay before the carrier service shows a tracking update, but it just makes more sense. Send the "shipped" email, and get the orders to the carrier for physical acceptance as soon as possible. Spoiler Alert: I ordered a subsequent time, and the dispatch to shipped time was much improved. Still, I think this one process change would improve service.
