I placed an order of two different types of cartridges for two different types of ecigs. When I received my order I had gotten one cartridge which was the wrong flavor. No problem. I was sent a return sticker and mailed it back and received the flavor I had originally ordered. However when I tried the cartridges for the other ecig I had purchased it did not work. I wrote them telling them that I had tried two of the cartridges and neither worked they started giving me the run around and refused to take them back at first. Then they wanted to test them and if they failed I'd receive my money back. Needless to say I realized that they had been expired! I took a picture and sent it to them and instantly received an e-mail stating that e-mail was no longer being monitored!!!!! I turned the matter over to my credit card for them to handle!!!!!!
