Have had it for several days now and absolutely love it. I ordered it regular shipping and it came 2 days later. I initially had a problem with the glass tube that held the liquid but they quickly rectified that issue and sent me a new one. I ordered the menthol and strawberry oils based on the reviews and am happy with both. Both have a soft flavor and neither taste chemically which was a pleasant surprise. The vape has a great draw and charges quickly so it can be recharged for 15 minutes in a crunch. I had initially sent the company several emails about the glass tube and found the company to be very responsive to the emails I sent. All were responded to the same day. For the price, I would not hesitate to recommmed this vape to anyone. In terms of negatives, I believe one charge doesn't last 4 hours - but since it charges fairly quickly, I haven't found that to be a big issue.
