I need to return an item so I have filled out a help desk ticket since ET refuses to post a phone number. ET says they will get back to you in 10 minutes. I have submitted three tickets in two days and still no response! Horrible customer service. FYI ET, I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing, and I always receive your newsletter thing so I know you have my correct email. Are you waiting for the 14 day return window to close so you don't have to honor your return policy? Are you guys that shady, or incompetent?
