Shipping quick. Trackable. Electronic customer service is responsive (during business hours) and wants to help solve the problem. They follow the ticket to the end and want to make sure it is solved. My only comment is if there is no CS by phone, please mention that so time isn't spend looking for the phone contact and mention that it is only done via email.
