I ordered 6 packs of pods. There was a discount upon ordering 5 or more. When I ordered 6, the discount was not applied. I searched the website for quite some time if there was a code, or some other procedure in place to get the discount, but I could not find it. I ordered anyways, and then sent an email from the company's website with the order number, and a copy of my invoice, asking why I did not receive the bulk order discount. The website promised a response in 4 hours during working hours. It has been over a week, and I still haven't gotten a response. This is pretty basic stuff. Order X amount of goods, get a discount which should appear in the checkout. It didn't. I then emailed them regarding the matter, and no response. Quickest way to scare away customers. In the old days we would call this a "rip off." UPDATE: As a result of 10 emails, during which they refused to acknowledge any slight of hand/bait and switch tactics where they clearly stated if I bought five packets, I would receive a dollar discount on each, and was not clearly given one, they responded several times that I had to find the 'weekly special' in order to get such. In addition, I could not receive two discounts at one time (one being a new customer, another to get their clearly advertised discount upon buying five) which I could not find anywhere on their website. When I finally did threaten them with a case against them with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), did they finally relent and decided to give me a 5 dollar credit towards my next purchase. When I pointed out to them, then I NEVER wanted to do business with them again, an that I clearly stated that I wanted a refund, not a credit, which I had previously stated, (again, after 10 emails) did they decide to refund my 5 friggin' dollars. They asked me to update my review since I wasted so much time over this, and in their eyes, got a happy resolution. So here it is! The words that I wish to state about their truth in advertising and customer service is simply beneath all of us. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
