I have shopped with many different vaping retailers online, and out of all the other companies, Electric Tobacconist USA has THE MOST personalized shopping experience. What do I mean by "the most personalized shopping experience" you ask?
When I was verifying my age at checkout, my age could not be verified after submitting my order, and I was actually surprised that an ACTUAL PERSON reached out to me almost instantly telling me that my age couldn't be verified and that I needed to send a copy of a Government Issued Identification Card, I happily provided that information, and again INSTANTLY I received a response back from the same REAL PERSON, saying it was a success and my order was sent to be fulfilled.
I purchased ground delivery, I don't want to fall in to getting instant gratification by spending more money and I wasn't in a rush to receive it.
That being said, I didn't expect it to be delivered to me 2 days later!
In the box was a nice business card size "Thank You" message, which was actually heartwarming, and made me feel valued.
I always saw right through a company's message when it would say, "Happy customers are the most important and necessary aspect of a successful company, and we value our customers more than anything" or somethign along the lines of that.
I am not kidding when I say that I felt a more personal and appreciated entire experience purchasing from the Electric Tobacconist USA, and actually won me over as a loyal customer, all because they provide just a little more care and human interaction with customers than other vaping retailers.
