I am disappointed, I ordered my product on 7/19/18 and still haven't received it as of 7/30/18. I was going to contact them to find out where it is given that the USPS tracking hasn't updated since 7/22/18 and they estimated the delivery on 7/23/18 but the website says that you can't inquire until the product hasn't arrived for 10 business days. So I can't even inquire as to where the product is until 8/2/18. I was so excited to start ordering on a regular basis but this has completely changed my mind. I understand this could be an issue with the delivery (USPS) not necessarily the company but if I can't even contact them to see where the problem is it leaves me with my hands tied and I have already paid for the product.
