I received a defective product. I requested a return and sent the defective item back. It has now been 6 days since I returned my defective product and I have received no update on the status of my order. Its been 2 weeks since I initially ordered my product and I have nothing and the company has my money. There is a lack of customer service. There needs to be an immediate method of communication between the customer and the business. I even messaged you guys on facebook and all that happened was I received an automated message telling me to do what I already did. So all I can do now is wait on an email that I'm not even really sure is coming.
