Dear sirs, on my last two orders I have received a total of 4 PODs that were not functinable. S=I saved three of them but have misplaced the other. Anyway, I would expect that I should be credited for at least the three pods I can send back to you but hopefully four. I'm getting ready to place a new order and would like thuis cleared up before doing so. Order Reference: 513015 (ETUSA513015 and order ETUSA489090) Thanks you in advance for your consideration in this manner, Symptoms of faulty pods: One had leaked out all the liquid, one kept burning after the draw, and two just plain wouldn't work despite bending contacts etc. Please let me know how you plan on handling this issue at your earliest convenience.
